How to Play
If you are a National Grid employee and would like to join the scheme then follow the instructions below:
Decide how many numbers you would like. This means how much you wish to spend each month on a standing order.
Please contact Sterling at email@example.com or 0370 330 0218. If you are a National Grid employee, please refer to the rules available on the intranet.
Please note, it is your responsibility to check payslip and ensure the deductions have been amended.
After Sterling has processed your application your payment will be received through your salary/pension. We will write to you and advise you of your numbers and confirm when they will first be eligible to be entered in the monthly draw.
All your numbers will go into each draw. The more you commit, the more chances you will have to WIN. A list of winners will be displayed on the Electrical Industries Charity website for each month.
You can choose to purchase between one and ten lottery draw numbers each month at a cost of £1 each.
You pay for the numbers direct from your salary.
Every month, a computer selects numbers at random and 10 separate cash prizes are awarded in the following denominations:
1 x £1,000, 4 x £500, 4 x £250, 5 x £100
In the event that your deductions have not updated in your payslip, you will be entered into the next available draw as normal. Once entered and as your numbers have been entered into the draw and you have had the opportunity to win, you will not be entitled to a refund.
